P-Bruins Owner Pledges $25,000 To Support A.J. Quetta
Jan 29, 2021Providence, RI - H. Larue Renfroe will be donating $25,000 to the family of A.J. Quetta, on behalf of the Providence Bruins and the New England Sports Center. Renfroe owns both the Providence Bruins and the New England Sports Center and the P-Bruins will be playing their games at NESC this season while the Dunkin’ Donuts Center is being used for Covid-19 initiatives.
“The Providence Bruins and New England Sports Center are proud of how the New England hockey community has rallied around A.J. we want both him and his family to know we are with them” said Renfroe.
Jamie O’Leary, General Manager of the New England Sports Center said “This is a tragic accident and everyone at NESC has A.J. in their thoughts and prayers. The hockey community looks after their own and we are with A.J.”.
Jay Leach, Providence Bruins Head Coach said “The Providence Bruins players and coaches have A.J. in our thoughts and prayers as we prepare to commence our season on Friday, February 5 at the New England Sports Center. We all share a love for the game of hockey and our entire organization will be keeping A.J. and his family close to our hearts”.
